Products which are listed as a PRE ORDER are clearly outlined as Pre Order and a MONTH listed in description.

Pre order meaning

Pre order means the items are not yet in stock and a timing estimate will be given in the listing description as a guide only but please disregard estimated delivery times on emails as the emails are automatically sent from Shopify and are for in stock items only. If you purchase a product as a pre order your item/s will be shipped as soon as they arrive with the agreed purchased shipping method. 

All pre order sales are final + non-refundable.

Delivery Dates

Pre order delivery time frames are not guaranteed and are subject to change due to elements out of our control such as manufacturing + customs clearance.

When ordering a Pre order you are agreeing to the risk that wait times may change + you may not receive the items with in your original advised timeframe 

Please note that if you place an order for a Pre order item and other items, your order will not be dispatched until all items are ready to send. We can no longer accommodate separate shipments after the order is processed. Further to this if preorder items and instock items are on the same order no part of the order can be cancelled.

If you wish to have your in-stock items sent separately, please process orders in separate transactions.
